SIZE
Custom made toilet blocks specially designed as per your versatile needs.
FLOOR
Heavy duty channel and angle grid structure to give rigidity.
Galvanized Sheet on top of the frame work to prevent insects, etc. from entering.
Thick Marine-Ply / Fiber board / Duraboard for a durable base.
Homogenous anti-scratch PVC carpet over Marine Ply / Duraboard.
WALLS
2 mm GI Sheet on the outside.
Cavity filled with special density thick insulation.
The inner surface shall be finished with special 6mm PVC sheets with air gap for longer and better durability against constant exposure to water and acidic reaction.
ROOF
Top comprises of 2 mm sheet. Each sheet will have overlap on all sides and sheet will be fully welded using CO2 welding to prevent ingress of water.
Bottom shall be 9 mm pre-laminated board.
Cavity filled with special density thick insulation to avoid overheating.
Air-gap may be created in between the sheet and the insulation for further reduction in thermal conductivity using special Roof Cooling System.
DOORS
Main doors shall be double skinned pressed steel with insulation.
Provided with Godrej cylindrical latch and door closer.
Aluminum powder coated Aldrop also shall be supplied for addnl. safety.
Weather shades shall be provided over the door.
The inner doors of the toilet block shall be PVC doors so as to provide longer and better durability against constant exposure to water and acidic reaction.
Louvered ventilators shall be provided for removal of foul air.
ELECTRICLS
All wiring shall be ISI marked.
Switches shall be ISI marked.
Concealed wiring shall be provided.
Main inlet plug adaptor for efficient and leak-proof flow of current.
MCB, ELCB shall be provided for additional safety.
Louvered exhaust fans for removal of foul air (Crompton / Bajaj)
LEGS
4/6/8 nos. legs as per cabin size, 6”/12”/18”/24” in height provided so as to hoist up the cabin.
Single step assembly provided
FINISH
Exterior : Matt finish UV resistant paint on top of special grade anti rust and elastic primer from specially recommended for GI (shade as per your choice).
Interior : 6mm PVC laminate (shade as per your choice).
